Jarrod Johnson ff00327647 Switch from PyCrypto HMAC to standard python hmac

This seems to be a wash performance and functionality wise.  It does however
mean one less segment of code that incurs an external dependency.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

ipmictl.py is a sample application to roughly show the most simple approach to
invoking the library.
