e774add916 Set timezone on diskless boots by default 
During onboot, use confluent directed timezone
info to set the timezone if the
disk image is incorrect.

b32c343a0c Switch to importlib for newer python 
imp is deprecated, despite being much simpler,
so use importlib in python3.6+ distributions.
