Load firewall before esxi installation begins
...
Parts of esxi install depend on firewall running. When
we are done with 'odd' networking, restore firewall
to meet that expectation.

Fixup issues in esxi deployment
...
When installer boots, the autonic behavior it tries is discarded
by default. Explicitly preserve the autonic behavior into
the install phase and the installed system.

Fix ESXi deployment without working DHCP
...
apiclient was instructing itself to use IPv4 prematurely. Change
the dcuiweasel hook to delay that change until after all data has been
fetched.

Finally, it has been ascertained

was due to not having directories
explicitly listed, not because of
forbidding new paths or compression.
