in PE 5.3.0.0, bm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 and ibm_pe_rh6p-5.3.0.0-1042a.ppc64 are dependent on sci_ppc_32bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm and sci_ppc_64bit_rh600-2.0.0.0-1042a.ppc64.rpm. So I add the packages into the pe.otherpkgs.pkglist.
