zhanx 3ec3088339 CRHS-like function 3rd code drop. Detailed code changes: 1. Fix lsslp problems found in NCSA environment, inlcuding adding more code to better identify nodes with same switch port; adding interval message when discovering; adding flag '-H' for lsslp. 2. Change lsconn to support HMC node range. 3. Change rspconfig to support change FSP nodes to dynamic IP addresses. 4. xCAT - eXtreme Cluster Administration Toolkit

xCAT is a toolkit for the deployment and administration of clusters.
