B<rspconfig> configures various settings in the nodes' service processors.  If only a keyword is
specified, without the B<=>, it displays the current value.

Turn on or off SNMP alerts.

Set where the SNMP alerts should be sent to.

Gratuitous ARP generation interval.

Prints out a brief usage message.
