662046861d remove explicit perl-Net-Telnet requires from xCAT.spec and xCATsn.spec because it is automatically generated by rpm anyway

4ac9f2e224 this code change is for the changes in Postage -- put the OSPKGDIR attribute in the /xcatpost/mypostscript firstly. To support ospkgs enhancements to install/upgrade OS packages from Updates, it still needs some code changes in ospkgs.

f6e8687f47 1. bond-mld is shipped seperately, we should give admin the ability of putting it to different directory and using it. 2. while configuring bond0, only the correctly configured hfx interfaces can be added as bonding slaves. so admin don't need to adjust the interface num
