dd661c6aa0 code is committed for kdump feature 
the "dump" attribute is added for the linuximage table

/install/kdump/tmp directory will be created by default when xCAT rpm package is installed;

the "enablekdump" postscript is added for kdump feature

8eba954b88 FSP/BPA redundancy: both bpa and frame's mgt are bpa, and bpa has a perent, so we should allow mkdef to set parent when the mgt ia bpa.

3822bfc406 Squashed commit of the following: 
update the code to handle the scenario when both the parent and child directory exist in the litefile table

    remove one line from xcat-prepivot.sh

    updated the manpage for litefile

    the statelite document is updated

    /etc/mtab is added as one default entry when "litefile" or "ilitefile" commands are running, even it is not in litefile table

cd9ad4b94f nodebootif, otherifce, permission are added into Schema.pm; 
change the code to mkinitrd() and mkinitrd_dracut()

what to do next is to update the linuximage table in genimage code

d0bf81f213 two new attributes "netdrivers" and "kernelver" are added to "linuximage" table, 
the two attributes and the node's installnic and primarynic attributes will be used for creating the stateless/statelite image
