c5fea87cfd for defect 2979871, if NODESETSTATE=statelite, we will use "cp -a" and "echo '' " to emulate "rm -f" action

7f3fb77741 -defect 2979871 is fixed;

68a9b1be07 the "--cut-dirs=2" option makes that "wget" cannot get "_xcat" and "_ssh" from 
ftp://$SIP/postscripts, it's removed now.
