0838d65477 Switched over to using chtab with the new concat operator += for update install processing. Reverted checkotherpkgs to one argument. Cleaned up some extra declarations.

2a9a5675ce This addresses [ xcat-Feature Requests-2991347 ] chtab should be able to append a new value to an attribute 
allows += to be used to append values in a field instead of only being able to replace with =
fixed the version option

9ed6596820 -defect 2990306 is fixed; 
if two or more kernel packages are installed into $rootimg_dir/boot/,
the value of "<$rootimg_dir/boot/vmlinux-*>" will be one array, not a file, 
which can lead to one error for the copy() subroutine in File::Copy.
