dd661c6aa0 code is committed for kdump feature 
the "dump" attribute is added for the linuximage table

/install/kdump/tmp directory will be created by default when xCAT rpm package is installed;

the "enablekdump" postscript is added for kdump feature

659b01a6e2 update to reading xcat MN from xcatinfo file instead of using the exported $MASTER value, because it will be unreadable during diskfull reboot.

fab2089270 move logic of /opt/xcat/sbin/copycerts routine into servicenode, to remove need to call. First step in having this script not need the xCAT code installed on the SN for Linux

b841208705 for defect 3087228 
add two checkpoints in InstUtils.pm and aixlitesetup

    if the entry in litefile table is one file and the entry in spot is one directory,
    or the entry in litefile table is one directory and the entry in spot is one file,
    there will be one error message to indicate the user to update the spot or the litefile table

    One loop is added to do the check in InstUtils.pm;

    in aixlitesetup script, two checkpoints are added to make sure the entries in litetree is comatible with the litefile entry

    Also add one checkpoint in aixinstall.pm to see the return code of dolitesetup

1607f2c06c one new script named "setbootfromdisk" is added, 
which is used to change the default booting-up device to hard disk when the redhat (also including fedora, centos, sl etc) diskful installation is completed

db5d7b644f for defect 3078588, 
the hostname value in /etc/niminfo is the long name, for example: cn1.cluster.com, the ME value will mismatch the value in statelite.table.
fixed it now.
