af74d4fa22 fix bug 3558059. For Network controller: Mellanox Technologies MT27500 Family [ConnectX-3], there is not a keyword like InfiniBand, add Mellanox as the keyword; in mellanox ofed 4.0.x, it doesn't up the ib0/ib1 interfaces by default, so I update the configiba scripts.

aa7154a648 Fixed bug 3132861: If there is no /etc/modprobe.conf, there will be one warning msg output. Now all the opreations related to /etc/modprobe.confwill be added in the check of whether the file is existing.
