944d18b0ce defect 2966: fixed the issue that xcat pid files were put in /tmp/xcat which would be cleaned periodically. now move it to /var/run/xcat

3f4342378f Since using the both xCAT and xCATsn to Obsolete atftp-xcat will cause the yum failed with conflict of xCAT/xCATsn, then have to use the xCAT-server.spec to Obsolete the atftp-xcat

dd661c6aa0 code is committed for kdump feature 
the "dump" attribute is added for the linuximage table

/install/kdump/tmp directory will be created by default when xCAT rpm package is installed;

the "enablekdump" postscript is added for kdump feature
