3746d974b8 Add sg driver to genesis for ThinkServer firmware 
Thinkserver firmware update interface uses sg facility
to stage updates in the TSM.  Allow genesis to run
osput by providing the appropriate kernel module.
The UTF-32 processing can come bundled in the runimage
payload, but the kernel driver is not so reasonable.

60867d1ce9 Initial commit of debian files for xCAT-genesis 
* This will only compile on maverick if you install the lldpad from the latest repo from ubuntu i.e. precise (12.04)
* The package that this produces hasn't been tested yet, so will be testing once all the core packages are built
