Add sg driver to genesis for ThinkServer firmware
...
Thinkserver firmware update interface uses sg facility
to stage updates in the TSM. Allow genesis to run
osput by providing the appropriate kernel module.
The UTF-32 processing can come bundled in the runimage
payload, but the kernel driver is not so reasonable.

Implement DHCP driven TZ database (with TZ space reclaimed after assignment)
Fix DHCP on multpile nics (dhclient must have per-interface pid files, sharing a leases is ok though)
