af74d4fa22 fix bug 3558059. For Network controller: Mellanox Technologies MT27500 Family [ConnectX-3], there is not a keyword like InfiniBand, add Mellanox as the keyword; in mellanox ofed 4.0.x, it doesn't up the ib0/ib1 interfaces by default, so I update the configiba scripts.
