be1e346031 Enable SLES plugin to install PPC. This includes extending the sles plugin to match os/arch specific templates and making such a template for ppc64.

5b69b3109e Fix dns behavior from makedns some. The change is that now makedns will do something intelligent with the forwarders site table entry. If that is not set, it creates an empty db.cache to make non-cluster DNS lookup attempts rejected immediately. More full fixes to follow, but this behavior as is cause misleading problems

46e0e8884a Back off the attempt to check for IPMIv2 at getchanauthcap time, it breaks IBM 1.5 BMCs aside from e32x, rbeacon as a result currently cannot guarantee a server location LED will stay on more than 255 seconds
