cfbd30bf98 Update auto-partitioning for RHEL7 
In RHEL7, the preferred filesystem is now xfs and the efi partition
type is unambiguously present.

027f599527 Increase /boot/efi on RHEL installs 
Sometimes, anaconda decides that 50MB is not enough.  Their doucmentation calls out '100 MB', so go with documentation minimun

4fa363e910 fixed bug 3682. In some case, the attribute BOOT_IMAGE added into the /proc/cmdline, using another method to get the nex-server value to fix this issue.

a60b0c597d fixed bug 3291. in Linux, if the precreatemypostscripts is not set or set to 0 in site table, it will get the mypostscript.nodename fistly. If not get it, use getpostscript.awk version2 to generate the mypostscript file named mypostscript.nodename.tmp, then get it

7a62794c0f make postbootscripts work on sles11 diskfull installation，and allow the admin to specify RUNBOOTSCRIPTS=yes which will trigger the post boot scripts on a reboot of disk full nodes.
