Added another post script for statefull, stateless and statelite install. Previously IBMhpc.postbootscript and IBMhpc.postscript are only run for statefull install, there is no general HPC script run as postscript for stateless/statelite and postbootscript for statefull. This new IBMhpc.post is supposed to do this. Currently only BSR configuration requires configuration after node installs/boots.
