ubuntu: genimage fixes - stateless requires busybox (see artifact 3522447 for more details) - initial work on dracut committed, not sure if this is going to work yet, as ubuntu doesn't have dracut by default - changed linux-image-generic to linux-image-server, and removed busybox-static as that didn't exist git-svn-id: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/xcat/code/xcat-core/trunk@12399 8638fb3e-16cb-4fca-ae20-7b5d299a9bcd
