Mathew Karimpanal e8cda20833 libhwcomposer: Correct an enum mismatch in the HAL. 
Correct the enumeration value of HWC_USE_COPYBIT factoring in the new
HWC_BACKGROUND enum in hwcomposer_defs.h.
