cefb36db5c libqdutils::Add support for qcomuiClearRegion 
Add support for qcomuiClearRegion for draw
wormhole regions via CPU.

* Added separate singaltone class for getting
eglGetRenderBufferANDROID handle that can be
used by both copybit and clear_regions modules

bd86fcfff6 display: Add support for MDP Composition

   1) implements MDP Composition upto 3 layers
   2) adds invalidator support to fall back to FB
      composition during idle screen condition.
